All We Are was founded by a high school student looking to change the world and is constantly seeking to recruit more young people with the same aspirations and dreams. We want to provide a space for students and young professionals to get involved in service work by leading and innovating.

The younger generations have the social awareness, interest, and drive to pour their time and energy into causes they believe in.

Research reveals some pretty staggering statistics about Generation Z’s viewpoints on volunteering:

  • 77 percent of high school students see volunteering as a valuable means of gaining relevant experience towards their future careers.
  • 60 percent of Gen Z wants their work to make a difference, and 30 percent of this generation has already donated to an organization.

We see the value and potential that young people bring to the table. These bright minds are hungry to foster positive change. We believe that the best way to drive change is by using the skills and talents that you already possess.

Here are a few benefits of getting involved with a nonprofit early in life:

  1. Volunteering contributes to finding meaning and discovering interests for the future.
  2. Volunteering has the power to bring in new perspectives.
  3. Volunteering can foster lifelong community and social engagement.
  4. Volunteering helps create valuable transferable skills for the workforce.

All We Are is inspired by our volunteers across the globe, who contribute to our mission with their time, resources, and ideas.
